Unii dintre noi sunt norocosi sau pur si simplu stiu cum sa faca fata si trec cu usurinta peste acestea. Altii suntem atat de afectati incat, gandurile negre si pesimismul nu ne dau pace. A fi dezamagit de o persoana apropiata echivealeaza pentru unii cu o plama dureroasa sau , chiar mai mult. Atunci cand familia te dezamageste vei simti ca esti exclus, ca nu ai apartenenta si ca tot ceea ce realizezi este in van. Dezamagirea, o data traita ai spune ca nu are cum sa te mai surprinda mai ales daca este venita din partea celor dragi. Vei simti insa ca nu este asa, ca se va croniciza. Sunt perioade in care nevoia de a vorbi cu un psiholog este mai mult decat necesara pentru ca simiti ca intre tine si cel sau cei ce au provocat valuri de dezamagiri, unul dupa altul, se iveste un zid. Un zid atat de greu de spart incat oricat ai vrea nu poti scoate nici macar un cuvant si nu poti face nici macar un gest prietenos. Esti atat de bine zidit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Pentru a face fata unor dezamigiri, trebuie sa stii sa lupti cu tine. Pentru ca vei lupta cu emotii grele cum ar fi: tristetea, durerea sau chiar ura.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Pasul 1: Las-o sa iasa!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Unul dintre cele mai grele lucruri pe care trebuie sa le faci intr-o lume in care totul este pe repede inainte, este sa iti dai timp sa experimentezi o emotie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Chiar si pentru cele mai dureroase sentimente, cum ar fi jalea sau doliul, ne oferim doar 1-2 saptamani, dupa care ne asteptam sa fim la fel. Nu suntem precum copiii. Numai eu mai au aceste capabilitati si numai ei pot sa tipe si sa planaga pana ce toata durerea fizica dar si emotionala a iesit de tot.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Asa ca rezerva-ti un timp de gandire, un timp in care sa fii doar tu, cu tine si cu dezamagirea pe care o traiesti, nu te grabi si experimenteaza emotia indiferent de cat de dureroasa este pentru ca si ea\u00a0face parte din viata.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Pasul 2. Priveste in perspectiva<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Dupa ce tocmai ti-ai spus: &#8221; Imi pasa de tine, vreau sa iti permit sa simti ceea ce ai nevoie sa simti si nu vreau sa te grabesc&#8221;, vei intelege ca te-ai trata ca pe un prieten si iti va fi mult mai usor sa incepi sa privesti in perspectiva. Poate ca persoana care te-a dezamagit nici nu stie cat de rau ti-a facut. Poate ca si ea a fost stresata si nu a constientizat ceea ce a facut. Priveste si aceasta posibilitate inainte de a incepe o discutie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Pasul 3. Cunoaste-ti propria inima.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Dezamagirea iti poate sapa in suflet pana la miezul acestuia. Daca nu stii care sunt esentele valorilor\u00a0tale, \u00a0este posibil\u00a0ca atunci cand vei avea de aface cu emotii negative sa fii dezechilibrat de acestea. Este important sa stii pana unde mergi si ce poti sau nu ierta cu adevarat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Pasul 4. Exerseaza acceptarea<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Trebuie sa accepti faptul ca exista posibilitatea sa fii dezamagit oricand dar si ca tu la randul tau cei dezamagi.
