Cu toate acestea, exist\u0103 momente \u00een care stresul devine cople\u0219itor \u0219i poate afecta s\u0103n\u0103tatea noastr\u0103 mental\u0103 \u0219i fizic\u0103. Dac\u0103 te sim\u021bi cople\u0219it \u0219i agitat frecvent, ar putea fi un semn c\u0103 ai probleme legate de gestionarea stresului.
