Anxietatea face, literalmente, ca totul s\u0103 miroasa.<\/strong><br \/>\nAcesta este poate unul dintre cele mai neobi\u0219nuite fapte despre anxietate.<\/p>\n<p>Pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce oamenii devin mai anxio\u0219i, este mai pro babil s\u0103 eticheteze mirosurile neutre ca mirosuri rele (Krusemark &amp; \u200b\u200bLi, 2013). A\u0219adar, anxietatea literalmente face ca lumea s\u0103 miroasa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Exerci\u021biul fizic reduce anxietatea<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00cen general, c\u00e2nd oamenii fac un pic de exerci\u021biu fizic, simt mai pu\u021bin efectele anxietatii \u00een via\u021ba lor.\u00a0 Starea de calm se instaleaza in aproximativ 20 de minute de la inceperea exercitiilor fizice.<\/p>\n<p>Beneficiile unui mic antrenament se vor extinde dincolo de sal\u0103, \u00een via\u021ba de zi cu zi.<\/p>\n<p>Un studiu a descoperit c\u0103, de\u0219i\u00a0 odihna reduce anxietatea, aceasta nu ajut\u0103 la protejarea \u00eempotriva evenimentelor stresante (Smith, 2013).<\/p>\n<p>Totu\u0219i, exerci\u021biul pare s\u0103 aib\u0103 un efect mai de durat\u0103, ceea ce ajut\u0103 la reducerea anxiet\u0103\u021bii atunci c\u00e2nd se ne confrunt\u0103m cu situa\u021bii stresante.<\/p>\n<p>\u00centr-adev\u0103r, mul\u021bi cred c\u0103 exerci\u021biile fizice ar trebui prescrise pentru depresie \u0219i anxietate, \u00een loc de medicamente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Efectul parental.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ca multe lucruri, anxietatea ridicat\u0103 exista par\u021bial \u00een gene, dar o parte din motivul pentru care oamenii\u00a0 sunt anxio\u0219i este din cauza comportamentului p\u0103rin\u021bilor lor. Copiii sunt mai susceptibili de a fi anxio\u0219i atunci c\u00e2nd p\u0103rin\u021bii lor ii critica, afi\u0219eaz\u0103 niveluri ridicate de \u00eendoial\u0103 \u0219i sunt reci emo\u021bional (Budinger et al., 2012).<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. G\u00e2ndi\u021bi altfel.<\/strong><br \/>\nUnul dintre cele mai bune moduri de a reduce anxietatea este s\u0103 g\u00e2nde\u0219ti diferit situa\u021biile.<\/p>\n<p>Nu este un examen; este un mic test distractiv. Nu este o prezentare \u00eenfrico\u0219\u0103toare; este o mic\u0103 discu\u021bie cu c\u00e2\u021biva colegi. Nu este un interviu de munc\u0103; este o \u0219ans\u0103 s\u0103 \u00eent\u00e2lnesc oameni noi.<\/p>\n<p>Majoritatea situa\u021biilor pot fi re\u00eencadrate \u00een acest fel \u0219i studiile arat\u0103 c\u0103 persoanele care fac acest lucru \u00een mod natural &#8211; spre deosebire de \u00eencercarea de a-\u0219i reprima anxietatea &#8211; se simt mai pu\u021bin anxioase \u00een situa\u021bii sociale stresante (Llewellyn et al., 2013).<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Anxietatea afecteaz\u0103 echilibrul.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oamenii care prezint\u0103 niveluri de anxietate mai severe au, de asemenea, adesea probleme cu echilibrul lor. Uneori se simt ame\u021biti f\u0103r\u0103 niciun motiv aparent \u0219i se balanseaz\u0103 mai mult dec\u00e2t al\u021bii \u00een timp ce stau normal.
