La un moment dat, cu totii trecem prin ea de-a lungul vietii noastre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Unii ii facem fata si mergem mai departe, altii suntem cuprinsi ide aceasta stare si ramanem in ea pentru ceva mai mult timp fara insa a fi nevoie de ajutor exterior iar, altii se adancesc din ce in ce mai mult si nu pot sa iasa cu bine din aceasta stare decat cu ajutorul unui <a style=\"color: #333333;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.consult-psihologie.ro\/\">psiholog.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Anxietatea este de fapt un semnal de alarma care ne spune ca ceva nu merge bine la nivel psihic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Desi din anxietate nu se moare, acesta ne poate influenta in mod negativ viata cat si relatiile de prietenie sau de serviciu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Iata mai jos cele 5 strategii de a face fata anxietatii:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Lupta cu gandurile negative. Multe lucruri sunt negative si irationale in viata aceasta dar, nu toate. Fa-ti o strategi si nu mai gandi negativ! Stiu ca esti tentat sa gandesti ca tot ceea ce este mai rau o sa ti se intample tie chiar daca nu ai niciun motiv adevarat sa se intample acest lucru. Incearca sa limitezi acest aspect ai sa lupti cu aceasta frica facandu-sti planuri si avand variante la care sa te gandesti atunci cand ai tendinta sa crezi ca va fi o catrastrofa in curand.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Evita sa mai vezi totul in alb si negru fara pic de nuante de gri. Fii flexibil si fa-ti planuri pe bucati mici. Stfel viitorul indepartat nu ti se va mai parea la fel de incert pentru ca tu il ai deja planificat pe bucatele mici.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Cultiva gandirea pozitiva. Poti invata singur sa gandesti pozitiv in loc de negativ. Incepe prin a gandi specific si nu general.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Da creierului tau o pauza.\u00a0Ia-ti o vacanta mentala in care sa faci plimbari lungi in natura si meditatie. manca bine si fa exercitii fizice.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Fa-ti un kit de salvare din anxietate.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Pe baza a ceea ce ai mai trait anterior, fa-ti un chit de supravietuire la anxietate: pune intrebari, treci la fapte si controleaza-ti raspunsul fizic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Daca ai nevoie de ajutor profesional pentru a invinge starile de anxietate, te astept sa vorbim!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><a class=\"mb-button mb-style-raised mb-size-default mb-corners-default mb-text-style-default \" style=\"background-color: #2bc470; color: #333333;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.consult-psihologie.ro\/programari\/\">FA O PROGRAMARE!<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Anxietatea este o strare de spirit binecunoscuta de mai toti.
