Pentru cei mai norocosi, acesta este un prilej de bucurie, de reuniune familiara si de impacare. Daca insa, suferi de depresie sau anxietate, sarabatorile de iarna isi fac debutul cu un gol in stomac!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Stiu cat de greu iti este cand vezi fericirea pe chipurile celorlalti. Entuziasmul si energia lor, pentru tine devine coplesitoare si trebuie sa lupti cu aceasta stare zi de zi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Chiar daca esti chemat sa te alaturi si tu activitatilor placute si uneori, pe fata ta se va putea zari o raza de speranta si bunavoie, imediat tinzi sa te simti vinovat. Cu sprijinul familiei, este posibil ca aceste stari sa dispara cel putin pentru moment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Dar ce se intampla cu cei care nu au familie sau prieteni care sa incerce sa ii integreze si pe ei in activitatile specifice sarbatorilor? Daca te afli in aceasta situatie, atunci, \u00a0ar trebui sa iti oferi timpul necesar pentru a constientiza pierderea pe care tocmai ai suferit-o. Daca vrei sa plangi, fa-o. Este perfect normal. Aloca timp acestei stari dar, apoi treci mai departe si incearca sa te concentrezi pe prezent. Exista chiar o tehnica de a face acest lucru. Se numeste mindfulness si prin ea iti observi gandurile si sentimentele din afara, de la distanta fara a le judeca. te vei concentra mult mai bine pe clipa de fata si vei invata sa ttraiesti din plin prezentul. <a style=\"color: #333333;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.consult-psihologie.ro\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Alaturi de un psiholog<\/strong><\/a>, cu aceasta tehnica te vei redescoperi pe tine si viata pe care ai uitat-o!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Un factor important care agraveaza situatia celor ce sufera de depresie este media care, afiseaza numai chipuri fericite. fie ca le vezi in reviste, in reclame sau pe site-uri, chipurile si familiile fercite sunt peste tot, inrautatind practic starea bolnavului.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Dar gandeste-te ca facebook este doar o parte a vietii. este partea pe care dorim noi sa o aratam si ceea ce vedem acolo nu reflecta intotdeauna realitatea! Daca iti vezi fostii colegi de serviciu ca merg la petrecerea firmei si posteaza acest lucru pe social media, uita-te un pic mai atent si analizeaza: poate ca unii nu isi doreau sa fie acolo ci cu familia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">In realitate multe persoane sufera de stress, nu sunt fericiti cu adevarat\u00a0si totusi isi traiesc viata imperfecta! Gandeste-te ca sunt oameni care au copii bolnavi sau care nu au o casa. Si totusi traiesc si isi gasesc fericirea in lucruri mai mici!. Lumea este plina de astfel de cazuri. Tu cu ce te diferentiezi? Lupta! In primul rand este timpul sa faci o verificare a faptelor. faptelor, nu sentimentelor! ia-ti o pauza, aseaza-te confortabil si gandeste-te pe cine cunosti tu cel mai bine? A cui personalitate o admiri cel mai mult, in compania cui iti face placere sa stai? acestia sunt oamenii langa care merita sa stai si reaminteste-ti ca acestia sunt oamenii care tin la tine. Deci, nu esti singur! Fa un efort si reintregeste relatiile acestea. Poate este timpul sa ii chemi la tine pentru a petrece impreuna sarbatorile.
